Project Outcomes
We worked on the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) Mobile App project from the ground up
We developed multiple iterations of the UI/UX App Designs using client feedback
We took the developed designs and technically developed them into iOS and Android mobile applications using Xamarin
After development was completed, we tested, debugged, and adjusted the iOS and Android mobile apps to meet the demands of the client
Lesson Learned & Future Direction
User Stories, Product Roadmap, Kanban, User Feedback-driven Development, and Test-driven App Development were essential techniques
